Stillfire Yoga · Atlanta, Georgia

Private and small group yoga for individuals ready to stop performing on the mat — and in their lives. You don't have to be good at yoga. You just have to be willing to show up.

It never was.

Yoga isn't about
performing.

What the practice makes possible

You're carrying a lot. You have been for a while. And somewhere underneath all of it, you know something needs to change - you're just not sure where to start.

You don't have to

You think you're not flexible enough, not coordinated enough, not "yoga enough" — and the idea of a class full of people who look like they belong makes you want to stay home.

"You don't have to be good at yoga. You just have to be willing to show up. I'll meet you there."

You've heard yoga is good for you. But every class you've tried felt more like a performance than a practice. This is different

Every session is built around where you are — not where you think you should be. No performance. No comparison. Just you, your breath, and a practice that meets you exactly as you are.

You're searching for something you can't quite name. Stillness. Steadiness. A place that feels like yours.

This is not a class where you look around the room and feel like you're doing it wrong. There is no wrong here.

It's feeling at home in your body. That's a different thing entirely. And once you feel it — everything changes.

Not where you think you should be. Every session starts with you — your body, your day, your energy. Not a script.

you've tried before.

This isn't the yoga

If you've tried yoga before

No mirrors. No performance. No pretending.

The goal isn't a perfect pose.

Built around where you actually are.

Long held poses that release deep connective tissue and quiet the nervous system. The practice of letting go — of tension, of control, of the story you've been carrying. Yin teaches you how to be still without running from what's there.

The foundation of all yoga. Steady, accessible, and deeply grounding. Hatha builds strength and stability without forcing. It's the practice of coming back to basics — and finding that basics are everything.

Breath-linked movement that creates rhythm and presence. Vinyasa teaches you to move from your center rather than from your head. When the breath leads, everything else follows. This is where stillness meets momentum.

Complete rest supported by props and stillness. For the woman who has been running on empty. Restorative yoga doesn't ask anything of you — it simply holds you while your nervous system remembers what safety feels like.

Each style serves a different need. Together they form a complete practice — one that moves with you through every season of your life.

I came to yoga the hard way.

After spine surgery, everything I had relied on — push, drive, force — stopped working. I had to learn how to listen to my body instead of override it. Yoga became the place where that happened. Strength became steadiness. Discipline became presence.

What I discovered changed how I move through the world. And it's what I bring to every person I work with.

I'm not here to make you more flexible. I'm here to help you feel at home in your body — maybe for the first time. That's a different thing entirely. And it changes everything.

I also bring more than two decades of leadership experience and a deep understanding of the nervous system, stress, and what it actually takes to feel steady in a world that keeps moving faster. This isn't just yoga. It's a practice for your whole life.
